• Taught identified gifted students in a full-day EAGLE Magnet program.
• Designed the GT curriculum, identified age-appropriate benchmarks, and built the standards-based report card database.
• Provided leadership for the GT-teachers’ cluster, including all training and coaching. Each year, we refined the identification process and I have created databases for tracking testing and student ALP goal data.
• Developed exemplary lessons and integrated them into a curriculum map.
